"I sincerely believe that astrology and numerology may foretell one's future on the basis of one's patterns, but if one changes the patterns of one's life then one can write one's own fate and fortune. For the last one and half year, all of us have gone through troubled times, turbulences. There has been an atmosphere of fear, anxiety, depressions all around. And the only way one can come out of this is through cleansing, clearing and removing the blocks deep down. That's what natural healing is all about," says the beaming actor. The actor-turned natural healing coach is also penning couple of fictions and non-fictions, promising different reading experiences. Manali, who helps one with personalised remedies and healing techniques, even if one is in a group, says that her healing techniques are based on understanding and scanning the seven main chakras and 21 minor chakras (energy wheels) in the human body and then eventually unblocking them, realigning them, strengthening and increasing the flow of one's chakra systems.
